1. Agreement to Terms & Operator Information

Welcome to FilmDigi ("we," "our," or "us"), operated and developed by Stack Service Lab. By downloading, accessing, browsing, or utilizing the FilmDigi mobile application, web marketplace, cloud services, and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use FilmDigi. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & User-Generated Content (UGC)

A. Ownership of Your Photographs

You retain 100% full copyright and ownership of all photographs captured, imported, or edited with FilmDigi. FilmDigi does not claim any intellectual property rights, licenses, or ownership over your creative imagery. All photo processing occurs on-device, and your personal photographs are never shared or claimed by Stack Service Lab.

B. Custom Film Recipes & Community Preset Hub

When you create custom film recipes (including parametric tone curves, 8-color HSL mixes, grain parameters, and white balance settings), the recipe remains your creative compilation.

If you voluntarily publish a recipe to the public Preset Hub (Community Marketplace), you grant FilmDigi and Stack Service Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, replicate, cache, and distribute that recipe to other FilmDigi users. You represent and warrant that your recipe publications do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

C. Content Moderation & UGC Enforcement

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies on User-Generated Content (UGC), we maintain zero tolerance for objectionable content. We reserve the immediate right to remove recipes, block abusive creators, and terminate accounts that distribute malicious content, spam, sexually explicit descriptions, or copyright-infringing materials.

3. Membership Tiers, Subscriptions & Billing

FilmDigi provides tiered services: Free Tier, Pro Standard, and Pro Studio.

Google Play Store Billing

All in-app subscription and digital product transactions on Android devices are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. We do not collect, process, or store raw credit card numbers or financial credentials.

Monthly AI Credits & Quotas

Subscription tiers include recurring monthly AI recipe credits (e.g., 100 for Pro Standard, 500 for Pro Studio). AI credits reset at each billing cycle anniversary and do not roll over or accumulate into subsequent billing periods.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel or manage your subscription anytime through the Google Play Store app > Subscriptions menu.

Refund Policy

All refund requests are subject to and handled exclusively under Google Play Refund Policies. To request a refund for an in-app subscription, please submit your request directly via the Google Play Store or Google Support.

4. AI Recipe Studio & Mathematical Sensitometry Disclaimer

FilmDigi utilizes artificial intelligence vision models to inspect photographic images and reverse-engineer optical emulsion parameters:

Mathematical Approximation: AI-generated film recipes represent mathematical approximations of tone curves, color balance, and film grain. Due to variations in lighting, smartphone camera sensors, and scene characteristics, simulation outcomes may differ. Results are provided for creative and educational purposes.

Acceptable Use & Ephemeral Guarantee: You agree not to submit images that are unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or violate third-party rights. Images submitted to the AI Studio are held transiently in an encrypted queue solely during parameter calculation (5–10 seconds) and are permanently deleted immediately upon completion. We never store photos permanently or train models on user images.

5. Adobe Lightroom® Preset Export & Trademark Notice

Pro Studio tier subscribers have access to export FilmDigi color recipes as Adobe Lightroom-compatible .XMP presets:

Exported .XMP files may be freely used for your personal and commercial photography projects.
Third-Party Trademark Disclaimer: Adobe, Lightroom, and Photoshop are registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. FilmDigi is an independent mobile application developed by Stack Service Lab and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Adobe Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

FilmDigi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Stack Service Lab, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, photos, or business profits, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use FilmDigi.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account and relationship with FilmDigi at any time. We provide an automated self-service deletion option within the app (Settings > Account Privacy > Delete Account) and via our online web portal at https://filmdigi.stackservicelab.com/delete-account.

Upon account deletion, all cloud-synced custom recipes, creator profiles, and authentication credentials will be permanently purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
